A Little About Me
I am a Clinical Nutritionist, Hormone and Weight Loss Specialist. I too have struggled with being overweight and chronically ill. Being chronically ill affected every part of my life; mentally and physically. I finally got to a point in my life where I said “ENOUGH!” Once I made the step to move forward with my Health, I started to feel better mentally and the rest followed. I began to pay it forward with my success and was very driven to help others feel the same way. I went to school to learn how to do this and my passion grew. Having worked with Dieticians, Nutritionists, Naturopathic Doctors, Holistic Doctors, and Physicians. I feel very blessed and humbled to be in the position to help others feel confident and secure with their self-image and be able to OWN their own health with the knowledge I have gained.
